Angela is Founder and Co-Director of Pracademia and an Adjunct Professor at the Menzies Institute for Medical Research, University of Tasmania. Her work on integrated approaches to workplace mental health has been influential in policy and practice nationally and internationally.

Angela has advised the Commonwealth Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Unit, Westpac, BHP, Beyond Blue, The Black Dog Institute, Movember, SafeWork NSW, WorkSafe Victoria and WorkSafe Tasmania. She has been a core member of the HOSPO Health Program since its inception.

Murray Kirkwood is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in workplace mental health, burnout prevention and psychosocial risk. He brings a practical, clinical lens to organisational wellbeing – translating psychological evidence into tools and conversations that work in real workplaces.

Murray has three touchpoints across the program: Peer Learning Induction (PL1), Preventing Burnout (session 5) and Peer Learning resource support (PL2). He is also an Expert Contributor to the Pressure-Proof Leadership™ program.

Larissa is a leading researcher and educator in mindfulness, mental health and behaviour change, holding a doctorate in mindfulness for reducing stress at work. As Research Fellow in Mental Health at the Menzies Institute, her focus is on improving workplace mental health and protecting brain health.

Larissa co-facilitates session 3, bringing both the science and the practice of mindfulness to hospitality leaders in a format that is immediately applicable in a fast-paced, high-pressure industry.

He has worked with governments, industry and international organisations, including the World Health Organization, to improve workplace mental health outcomes.

Professor LaMontagne is widely regarded as one of Australia's leading experts in work and mental health. His research has influenced workplace health policy and practice both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on psychosocial working conditions, job quality and evidence-based approaches to creating healthier, safer workplaces.
